At STIIIZY, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your lifestyle apparel and accessories. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned by the carrier to activate tracking.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
